Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

TenderWatch is operated by Global Buildtech Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 54 672 395 685), the Australian company behind the Corporate AI Solutions studio (“we”, “us”). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 2. What we collect

• Account details — your email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), company name and, optionally, your ABN.
• Business profile — the details you enter so we can match tenders to you (entity type, location, capabilities, and similar).
• Tender-portal credentials — if you choose to connect a portal, the username and password for that portal, stored encrypted (see §5).
• Usage and billing data — how you use the product, and the subscription/payment records held by our payment processor.

3. How we use it

We use your information to run the service: to match and summarise tenders for you, to fetch opportunities from portals you’ve connected, to operate your account and billing, to send service and digest emails, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

We use AI models (currently Anthropic’s Claude) to score and summarise tenders. Tender content and the business-profile fields needed for matching are sent to that provider to generate your results. We don’t use your data to train third-party models, and we pass only what’s needed for the task.

5. Tender-portal credentials

Connecting a portal is optional. When you do, we encrypt your portal credentials and decrypt them only inside the secured background jobs that log in to fetch your tenders on your behalf — never in your browser and never exposed to other users. You can disconnect a portal at any time, which revokes that access. More detail is on our Security page.

6. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run TenderWatch, and share only what each needs:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — subscription payments (your card details go directly to Stripe; we don’t store them).
• Anthropic — AI matching and summaries.
• Browserbase — the secured cloud browsers that fetch tenders from portals you connect.
• Resend — transactional and digest email.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps so your information stays protected.

7. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account we delete or de-identify your personal information, including stored portal credentials, except where we’re required to retain certain records.

8. Your rights

You can access and correct your information from your account, or ask us to. You can request deletion of your account and data, and you can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or your notification settings. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the app. We don’t use them to build advertising profiles.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
