Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TenderWatch is operated by Global Buildtech Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 54 672 395 685, ACN 672 395 685), an Australian company building practical AI tools for operators under the Corporate AI Solutions studio. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “TenderWatch” mean Global Buildtech Australia Pty Ltd; “you” means the person or business that holds a TenderWatch account. 2. What the service does

TenderWatch monitors Australian government tender portals, matches published and eligibility-gated opportunities against your business profile, and delivers scored summaries and notifications. It is an information and productivity tool. We do not prepare, submit, or lodge bids on your behalf unless a feature explicitly says so, and we do not guarantee that you will find, win, or be eligible for any particular tender.

3. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register, and you must be at least 18 years old. One person may hold an account on behalf of a business; you are responsible for everyone you give access to.

4. Connecting tender portals

Some features let you link your own credentials for third-party tender portals (for example AusTender, NSW eTendering, Tenders VIC, QTenders, Tenders SA, Tenders WA, and TenderLink) so we can surface opportunities you are eligible for. When you link a portal, you authorise TenderWatch to access that portal on your behalf, using your credentials, solely to read tender information and retrieve documents for you.

You confirm that doing so does not breach your agreement with that portal, and that you may revoke this authority at any time by disconnecting the account. We store portal credentials encrypted and decrypt them only inside the secured background jobs that fetch your tenders — see our Security and Privacy pages.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use TenderWatch to break the law, to access portals or data you are not entitled to, to resell the raw service as your own without an agreement with us, or to interfere with the platform’s operation or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

TenderWatch offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Agency). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We’ll give reasonable notice of price changes.

7. Intellectual property

The TenderWatch platform, its software and its branding are owned by us. Your business data and the credentials you provide remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you (for example, to process your profile and fetch your tenders).

8. No professional advice; availability

Tender matches and AI-generated summaries are provided to help you decide where to focus — they are not legal, financial, or procurement advice, and you should verify details against the official portal listing before acting. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, and portal coverage can change when a third-party portal changes how it works.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost tenders, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using TenderWatch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we’re required to act on. On closure we stop processing your data and delete or de-identify it in line with our Privacy page.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, let you know in-app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
